As I try to cram one more pair of shoes in my already over packed suitcase, I am getting more and more excited for my European adventure. In less than 48 hours, I will be boarding a plane and heading to Europe. I feel extremely lucky to have been hired to teach International Business for the next month to a group of grade 12 students. I can`t think of a cooler way to teach these students all about the global economy and the impacts that politics and culture can have on a global business than by exposing them directly to the environment.
Sooooo what`s on the agenda for the next month? I will be spending two weeks in Ireland visiting around Dublin and Galway. The second part of my trip will be spent touring, eating and drinking in Rome, Florence and Sperlonga. Italy has definitely been on my to do list for some time now...I can`t wait to emerge myself in the culture!
I will sign off for now and post once I`ve arrived to Dublin!
